Responsibilities:
Manage enterprise-wide strategy projects and oversee execution of related deliverables, advising clients in various industries across a variety of strategic topics
Help extend new work with existing clients focused on Strategy including targeting key C- level individuals, proposing services and closing opportunities
Lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing strategic roadmaps, managing key interviews, leading workshops, and conducting industry research through secondary and primary resources
Act as the primary team interface with various levels of client executives up to and including C-Level
Manage the presentation of final project deliverables and advise persuasively, earning the position of a trusted advisor
Participate in professional development of more junior Strategy team members and assist with the recruiting and training of new staff
Qualifications:
Minimum of five years of strategy consulting experience in a client-facing role at a major strategy, boutique strategy or Big 4 firm,
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, or other related field; Master's degree in Business Administration from an accredited college/university is preferred
Deep knowledge/experience across transactions and business due diligence, integration/separation, operational and performance improvement, strategic growth and other related strategy experience
Experience delivering strategy focused projects at large clients based on a deep understanding of key recent trends, revenue and cost drivers, products and services, enabling technology and operational processes
Strong business acumen, with analytical and problem solving skills and ability to understand how business model decisions impact operating model design/execution across operations, technology, risk governance and organizational design
Experience in strategic growth and other relevant strategy experience, including but not limited to, business model and technology disruption, operational and performance improvement, digital transformation, Fintech proliferation, customer experience, data and analytics and cost optimization
