Role Summary:

Head of Procurement (Japan Commercial)

Core Mission: A senior leadership role sitting on the APAC Procurement Leadership Team, acting as the primary business partner to the Japan CFO for indirect goods and services.
Key Responsibilities: Drive financial value (cost savings/cash generation), elevate category management, and coach the local "ONEProcurement" team. Crucially, this leader will spearhead the "Ambition Zero Carbon" (Scope 3) sustainability initiative with external suppliers.
Ideal Profile: A highly strategic, entrepreneurial procurement leader with heavy change management experience, deep indirect category knowledge, and a passion for ESG/sustainability.
Language: Fluent Japanese and Business English.
