Role Summary:

Division Manager, Financial Control & Management (Report to CFO)

This is a senior leadership position reporting directly to the CFO. Unlike standard controller roles, this position covers the full spectrum of finance:

1. Financial Control: J-GAAP/IFRS reporting, Tax, and Regulatory matters.

2. FP&A & Strategy: Leading budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting to drive business decisions.

3. Transformation: Leading process improvements and automation projects.

We need a leader who can manage the "numbers" (accounting) while also acting as a strategic business partner to the Management Team.
