Role Summary:
Global Insurance is currently driving a massive digital transformation to change the way people feel about insurance across our pan-Asian markets, with AI at the absolute center of our strategy. As part of this initiative, we are looking for a Director, Group Digital Platforms based in Japan to take enterprise product ownership of our GenAI platform utilized across all 10 of our global markets.
Here is a quick look at the mission:
Global Autonomy: You will work closely with our Group offices in Hong Kong and Singapore, leading the cross-regional integrated roadmap and prioritization.
Platform Standardization: This is not just a standard implementation role; you will design scalable, reusable platform capabilities with a strict "Governance-by-Design" approach.
Executive Impact: You will provide strategic insights directly to the Group GenAI and Digital Leadership teams, elevating the entire organization's AI capabilities.
