Role Summary:
Global Insurance is aggressively modernizing the life insurance landscape, and Generative AI is at the absolute center of that roadmap. We are not just running PoCs; we are looking for a delivery leader to take ownership of deploying scalable GenAI and LLM solutions across our core business units.
In this role, you will:
Lead AI Delivery: Orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of Generative AI products, taking them from strategy and scoping to full enterprise deployment.
Bridge Tech & Business: Act as the strategic linchpin between our data science/engineering teams and the business stakeholders to ensure our AI tools directly solve complex operational challenges (e.g., claims automation, customer experience, underwriting).
Drive Transformation: Establish governance, manage cross-functional delivery teams, and champion a culture of AI adoption across the company.
