職務内容サマリ

This position is responsible for accelerating corporate transformation to keep the market competitiveness. He/ She needs to drive transformation aligning with corporate strategy while enhancing transformation capabilities across Japan functions. Especially in Agile, Change Management and Customer Experience areas, building expertise and applying them to initiatives/projects for effective transformation are the main focus of this position. In addition, he/she also needs to support Business Architect to envision and optimize overall company business across departments.

  • Support building strategy and identify key capabilities to be enhanced

  • Envision target state and Lead/Support initiative planning, design and execution with total optimization standpoint

  • Support streamlining project portfolio considering dependency and overlaps

  • Align business and IT architecture grand design and direction

  • Provide transformation support as center of excellence, such as change mgmt., agile, experience (customer experience/agent experience)

The opportunity

  • Work as a lead/support of multiple projects

  • Have frequent opportunities to communicate with senior executives

  • Supervise 6-8 members as a people manager

  • Get alignment with and support from regional counterparts

  • Cultivate responsible areas' knowledge/skills and deploy them across company

What capabilities we are looking for

  • Leadership - create plan by own and lead team for that goals

  • Execution - act immediately and execute things even if it has difficulties

  • Logical thinking and Structuring - grasp big picture and think things logically without contradiction

  • Charting - create smart document which is easy to understand for everyone

  • Language - native or business level for both Japanese and English

Preferred experiences

  • 8+ years consulting firm experience engaged in insurance industry (life preferred)

  • 8+ years insurance industry (life preferred) experience working at corporate strategy or transformation projects as Project Lead/Project Manager

  • A number of agile development and change management experiences

  • A number of CX/DX project experiences

  • (Business Analyst and/or IT design experiences are plus)
