Role Summary:
Global Pharma is looking for a strategic leader to own the end-to-end development of our Japan business priorities and lead cross-functional transformation initiatives. Crucially, this role serves as the transaction lead for key inorganic opportunities—meaning you will directly drive the full lifecycle of M&A, partnerships, and divestments (from target screening and valuation to negotiation and integration).
In this role, you will:
Drive Large-Scale Transactions: Build the strategic rationale, lead financial modeling/valuation, coordinate due diligence, and manage external advisors (bankers, lawyers).
Advise Executive Leadership: Provide direct counsel to the Japan Leadership Team (JLT) and senior executives, facilitating critical decisions on business risks and trade-offs.
Shape the Future: Identify enterprise risks and opportunities, translating scenarios into executable KPIs and sustainable growth plans for one of the world's leading biopharmaceutical pipelines.
