Role Summary:

Role: Strategy Director / 戦略ディレクター

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CSO to design and execute global short/long-term strategy.

  • Lead the 'Value Creation' program (targeting 2 billion JPY profit).

  • Manage initiative execution across SBUs/GFs.

  • Create strategic messaging for CEO/CSO.

  • Develop external networks for business development.

• Requirements:

  • Top-tier strategy consulting experience (e.g., BCG, Bain).

  • Business-level English/Japanese for executive-level discussion.

  • Bachelor's required, MBA preferred.
