職務内容:
プロジェクトマネージャーは、複数のイニシアティブにアサインされ、ビジネスリーダー層との緊密な連携を通じて実行を推進する役割を担います。また、会社や部門の戦略を理解した上でメンバーへ適切にガイダンスを提供し、チームの能力を引き出す事でプロジェクト目標の達成に貢献します。そのため、本ポジションには部門方針への高い理解力、高いプロジェクトマネジメント能力及びチームマネジメント能力が求められます。
担当するプロジェクトの規模感：$5～20M

予算5億円以上の大規模プロジェクトにおける、PMBOK、PRINCE2等のプロジェクトマネジメント手法に基づくプロジェクトマネジメントの実務経験：複数回
IT、ビジネスの両領域に跨ったプロジェクトマネジメントの経験：5年以上
計画段階から関与し、プロジェクトの立ち上げを実践した経験：複数回
金融／保険業界での業務経験、または金融／保険業界を顧客としたプロジェクト経験：3年以上
多国籍チームでの業務経験：3年以上
バイリンガル（ビジネスレベルの日本語、英語力）
Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPointのスキル■必須業務経験・スキル:

Role Description:
Project Manager will be assigned to a number of initiatives and will undertake a role for executing the initiatives through a close cooperation with the business leaders. Project Manager is also required to provide appropriate guidance to the team members based on the understanding of the strategy of the company or business unit, and contribute to the achievement of the project objectives by bring out the team abilities
Project Manager must have a high understanding of the business strategy, high project management skills and the team management skills.
The scale of the project for which the new recruit will be responsible for: $5M - $20M
<Principal Responsibilities>
Project management and the team management
Required Work Experience / Skills:
Japanese business level/ English business level
Project management experience of large sized project with JPY 500M budget, based on the project management methodology such as PMBOK or Prince2: More than once
Project management experience of the project which covers both IT and business areas: More than 5-year
Experience of project initiation involved from the planning phase: More than once
Experience in financial / insurance industry or experience of projects which the financial / insurance companies are the customer: More then 3-years
Business experience in the multinational team: More than 3-years
Bilingual (business level of both Japanese and English)
